The formula: a focused layer of utility, a thick layer of personality. Most agents are built the other way — raw intelligence, benchmark scores, a persona sprayed on top, and it shows. Here the character is the substance: it drives the behavior and it drives the voice.
The illusion holds in motion and text, but is lost the moment the character speaks.
